VENDING MACHINES
Most of the vending machines placed in the market place are non-operational problems due to some basic operation glitches.Every vending machine has a certain capacity and after it needs to be re-filled, which is the cause of concern. The machines are not re-filled and the caretaker is not kept informed about stock out.
ZEST VENDING MACHINES are IoT enabled and it has a unique feature of communication with the people connected with the machines, the caretaker gets immediate alarm by way of realtime SMS messages that the machines has stock out. Even the trigger goes out to different people, and the machines can be connected with five people at a time.
Similarly, in most of the machines, the user is expected to see thru the window given in the door “whether there is stock in the machine or not” before putting in the coins, and if the coins are put without stocks inside, the users looses his/her money.
Whereas in ZEST VENDING MACHINES, there is electronic NO STOCK display , which is controlled by electronic sensor. The sensor quickly recongnises stock ut and also stock in status and machines works accordingly
INCINERATORS
IN all Incinerators, there is a specified capacity and in most of the incinerators in market place, care taker has to keep on monitoring whether the used napkins are full or not and if full, caretaker has to push the start button, this is grosely a flawed method as caretaker is not supposed to keep on watching the incinerators now & then as there is no fixe time line for incinerators to get filled.
IN ZEST INCINERATORS the machine has got auto sensors and the moment the capacity is filled , the incinerator AUTO STARTS. And also auto stops after the cycle is completed
Similarly in most of the incinerators, the used napkins are burnt in single chamber and gases are relased to atmosphere directly, which contains, dioxins, durans etc
ZEST INCINERATORS fully comply with the Solid Waste Manageent Act 2016 standards which mandates that the flue gases must pass thru 950 degree Celsius with a residence time of not less than 2 second. ZEST INCINERATORS are with dual chamber and designed in such a manner that the flue gases from first moment till the last , passes thru a chamber maintained at 950 degree Celsius and holds it for more than 2 seconds.
